Introduction

Using scrap copper as raw material, the continuous casting and rolling manufacturing line we offer can pack it into copper ingots using a hydraulic baler. REDOX then refines the copper ingots into liquid copper in a reverberatory furnace. Through the wash, the liquid copper is poured into a continuous casting process to create copper ingots. After that, the slabs of copper are sheared, rolled, straightened, scraped, and roughened before being rolled into brilliant, low-oxygen copper rods in a heated, continuous rolling mill.
