The equipment was shipped 63 days after the project was signed.
Installation
In just 30 days, we successfully completed the masonry work on the two main bodies of the reverberatory furnaces. We then spent 120 days installing and connecting the entire production line.

Installation
55t Rectangular Melting Furnace
Since November 6th, we have carried out a number of key steps, including thermal brick laying, non-stick aluminum prefabrication and pouring, impervious material pouring, high alumina brick laying, thermal castable, top prefabrication lifting, ceramic fiber blanket installation, thermal castable injection, and installation and welding of the furnace door cover and transmission. The entire construction process went according to plan.
25T Horizontal Tilting Insulation Furnace
Starting from November 6th, 2023, we have successfully completed a series of key steps, including steel shell positioning, ceramic fiber board laying, insulation brick laying, non-stick aluminum prefabrication and pouring below the liquid level, prefabrication above the liquid level, and burner installation. The whole process went according to plan.
Bag Dust Collector
Starting from November 6th, 2023, we have successfully completed the foundation construction and maintenance, followed by the smooth installation and welding of the steel structure, and finally the successful completion of the pipe and control installation. The whole project progressed smoothly and all the tasks of the project have been completed according to plan.
