This rolling mill is specially designed for precision cold rolling of copper busbars, suitable for materials with a width of 300 mm and an incoming thickness of ≤13 mm. Through multi-pass reversible rolling combined with intermediate annealing, it can stably produce high-precision finished products (1 × 300 mm). The whole line features high automation, stable operation, and is ideal for high-precision non-ferrous metal processing.

The two-roller reversible cold rolling mill is equipped with an AGC (Automatic Gauge Control) hydraulic system, enabling precise roll gap control. The finished thickness accuracy can reach ±0.02 mm, with excellent flatness and tight edge tolerance control.

With reversible rolling capability, the mill improves material utilization, reduces energy consumption, and minimizes equipment footprint.

The coiling system adopts constant tension control with automatic speed tracking, ensuring stable strip running, preventing strip breakage and deviation, and improving product consistency.
