3. Screw rotor profile design features
① The rotor adopts a precision meshing curved surface-to-surface profile, effectively forming a hydrodynamic lubrication film. This reduces transverse leakage in the contact area, significantly improves compressor efficiency, and enhances machining and inspection accuracy.
② Based on the design concept of large rotors, large bearings, and low rotational speed, the compressor operates at a lower speed than comparable products. This reduces noise and vibration, lowers discharge temperature, increases rotor rigidity, extends service life, and reduces sensitivity to impurities and carbon deposits.
