Working Principle
The Pulse bag dust removal system uses hopper inlet airflow, where the distribution system allows large dust particles to settle and be guided. Dust-laden gas enters the filtration zone, where large particles fall directly into the hopper, and remaining dust is captured by filter bags. Clean gas passes through the filter bags into the upper chamber and is discharged. As dust accumulates on the bag surface, resistance increases, requiring periodic cleaning. Cleaning is achieved by compressed air pulse blowing, with electromagnetic pulse valves and blow pipes causing the bags to vibrate and shed dust into the hopper. Cleaning control can be pressure-differential automatic, timed, or manual, ensuring long-term stable operation.
