Successful Trial Run of Honor Metal's Aluminum Rod CCR Line to Drive Efficient Development in Aluminum Processing
On the morning of October 24, 2025, Honor Metal successfully began material feeding for the 7.5T/H Aluminum (Alloy) Rod CCR line at the customer’s site. The furnaces in the production line are equipped with four high-efficiency regenerative burner systems, achieving 12T/H melting speed. After the continuous casting and rolling and several other procedures, followed by five rounds of experimental optimization, the line successfully produced Aluminum Rods that met all customer specifications, with the double basket take-up trolley operating smoothly and neatly winding the coils, ensuring steady progress in the trial production.
Comprehensive Equipment Integration for Intelligent Production
The project includes more than 10 large machines and various auxiliary equipment, including Melting Furnace, holding furnaces, electromagnetic stirrer, CCR line, dust removal system, aluminum slag treatment machine, cooling tower, Aluminum rod rewinding line , and other supporting machines. These high-efficiency and intelligent systems greatly enhance production capacity and operational stability, ensuring consistent and reliable aluminum (alloy) rod output for customers.
Professional Execution Ensures Smooth Project Delivery
Throughout the 7.5T/H Aluminum (Alloy) Rod CCR project, Honor Metal demonstrated a high level of professionalism and seamless coordination. Daily progress updates were provided to the client, ensuring that all work segments were executed on schedule. To guarantee installation quality, Honor Metal dispatched multiple experienced engineers to the site — 15 for the furnace system, 7 for dust removal, 2 for rolling mill, and 1 for the slag treatment machine. Despite temporary challenges such as tool shortages, the team responded quickly and effectively, avoiding any project delays. Prior to equipment delivery, Honor Metal’s technical team held multiple video meetings with the customer to finalize technical drawings and site layout details.
