The Feeding trolley is a high-performance industrial Furnace charging equipment designed for Melting Furnace and metal melting production lines. It adopts a robust mechanical structure with a welded steel plate chassis and precision machining, ensuring high strength and long service life in demanding industrial environments. The system is equipped with a Siemens S7-1200 PLC control system and a variable frequency drive, enabling stable and precise operation during furnace charging. The hydraulic system provides a pushing force of 20,000N, ensuring reliable material feeding into the furnace chamber. With a maximum feeding capacity of 10 tons per batch, the Feeding trolley guarantees efficient handling of aluminum ingots in continuous production processes. It offers stable rail traveling performance with a speed range of 0–20 m/min.
