Honor Metal Europe 7.5T Al (Alloy) CCR Line Remains Stable and Receives Customer Appreciation
The Honor Metal 7.5T Al (alloy) CCR linein Europe has been running steadily and continuously for four months since commissioning. Also, the customer sent a letter of appreciation, praising the overall operational performance and delivery quality of the project, and expressing sincere gratitude for the team’s professional support during commissioning and start-up. This positive feedback fully demonstrates Honor Metal’s technical strength and industry reputation in aluminum rod and aluminum alloy Rod Production line engineering and continuous casting and rolling (CCR) equipment.

The entire 7.5T Al (alloy) CCR line of Honor Metal is equipped with Siemens AC motors and Siemens drives, with core control units at G130 level and above, significantly improving equipment performance and system stability. Meanwhile, the production line is integrated with a SCADA industrial monitoring system, enabling real-time data collection, dynamic monitoring, and full process traceability for melting, casting, cooling, and take-up processes, providing a solid foundation for efficient, continuous production.
During the construction of the furnace roof refractory lining, custom wooden supporting molds were used to securely hold bricks in place, effectively preventing displacement or falling and significantly improving structural safety. The Melting Furnace operates stably over the long term, with all process parameters within design limits, refractory materials showing excellent performance with no cracking or spalling, significantly reducing maintenance costs and downtime risks. The aluminum melt shows uniform temperature distribution, providing a stable and high-quality material foundation for subsequent CCR continuous casting and rolling processes.
The H11 rods produced by this line achieve tensile strength of 80–95 MPa and elongation at break of ≥25%, surpassing the quality of comparable imported rods and setting a domestic industry benchmark. Under strict project management, due to waiting for the customer’s LPG system and electrical connection, the project’s actual completion was slightly affected; otherwise, it could have been completed 20% ahead of schedule. During trial production, Day 1 output reached 9 tons, Day 2 16 tons, and by Day 3 full design capacity was achieved, fully demonstrating equipment performance and commissioning efficiency.
This European 7.5T Al (alloy) CCR linehas become a replicable and scalable success in aluminum rod and aluminum alloy rod production, showcasing advanced capabilities in Metal Processing, CCR continuous casting systems, melting furnace operation, and high-quality aluminum rod manufacturing. The project further reinforces Honor Metal’s professional reputation and customer trust in international aluminum processing equipment, industrial metal manufacturing solutions, and advanced automation for the metallurgical industry.
