Honor Metal continues to expand its overseas market in the Scrap Metal Recycling sector, having recently successfully delivered a set ofcopper scrap recovery equipment, including a metal briquetting press and a wire stripping machine, to a client in Saudi Arabia. As early as last year, the client engaged in multiple rounds of technical discussions with Honor Metal regarding other equipment, for which we consistently provided detailed solutions. This year, the client has further inquired about equipment such as an upward continuous casting line and dust removal system, with the project progressing steadily. This reflects the long-term, in-depth, and sustained trust-based cooperative relationship between Honor Metal and the client.
Efficient Separation: Wire Stripping Machine Boosts Cable Scrap Recycling
The delivered wire stripping machine is primarily designed for the resource recovery of waste cables. It efficiently separates the insulation layer from the metal conductor within cables, recovering materials such as copper, aluminum, rubber, and plastic. The machine employs a double large-gear transmission mechanism for cable feeding. Its applicable stripping diameter range is φ30 mm ~ φ200 mm, with a maximum stripping thickness of 50 mm and a processing speed reaching 15 m/min. This wire stripping machine features low energy consumption, pollution-free operation, and user-friendly controls. It offers excellent cost-effectiveness and durability, making it particularly well-suited for high-volume, high-frequency cable recycling applications in the Middle East market.
Precise Compaction: Metal Briquetting Press Enhances Copper Scrap Processing Efficiency
The metal briquetting press is the core component of this delivery. Specifically designed for pressing the scrap into high-density copper briquettes without requiring added lubricants, achieving a processing capacity of 1000–1300 kg/h (depending on the raw material). The metal briquetting press features a modular assembly structure for easy maintenance. Its entire frame is assembled using a high-strength mortise and tenon process. The pressing chamber is constructed as a single-piece cast steel structure, offering exceptional pressure resistance and service life. The integrated industrial-grade cooling system ensures constant oil temperature during operation, with cooling efficiency 20% higher than traditional air-cooling methods. Furthermore, the hydraulic cylinders are made from high-strength steel using a single-piece boring process. Wear-resistant linings utilize Dillinger (German steel brand) materials, enhancing overall machine stability, reliability, and ensuring outstanding performance during high-intensity continuous operation.
