Customer Trust Drives Honor Metal’s Continued Global Growth
After purchasing Honor Metal’s Aluminum Rod CCR line last year, the BiH customer is now in the installation and commissioning stage. Recently, the customer placed a new order with Honor Metal for aCopper rod CCR line, which includes a set of 15–16 t/h shaft furnace + 8t Holding Furnace, a 2-Roller continuous casting and rolling production line, and multiple auxiliary units.
Customer-Oriented Solution Designn
At the beginning of this year, the Honor Metal technical team provided customized proposals based on the customer’s requirements, offering both 2-Roller Ccr Line and 3-Roller Ccr Line for evaluation. In June, the customer visited Honor Metal headquarters and held in-depth discussions with our engineers. After thoroughly analyzing the pros and cons of both solutions from the customer’s perspective, they decided to proceed with the 2-RollerCopper rod CCR line, while also finalizing the installation and commissioning arrangements for the Aluminum Rod CCR line project.
Project Highlights and Technical Advantages
The Copper rod CCR line is equipped with Siemens AC motors and a full SCADA system, ensuring high efficiency, precision, and intelligent control. To secure long-term stable operation, the customer also purchased one year of spare parts for the furnaces and CCR rolling mill. Supporting equipment such as centrifugal blowers, air compressors, and cooling towers were all sourced from Honor Metal, demonstrating the customer’s confidence in our one-stop delivery capability.

During discussions, the customer shared that their projects in multiple countries require Honor Metal’s equipment, and they plan to place additional large-scale orders s beyond the Copper Rod CCR line in the near future.
