Honor Metal Al (alloy) rod CCR Line project progresses smoothly in Europe

Honor Metal’s Al (alloy) rod continuous casting and rolling line project in Europe is moving forward steadily, marking another milestone in our global equipment delivery capability.
The project includes 1 set Melting Furnace, 2 sets holding furnace, dust removal system,7.5T/H-4+10 aluminum (alloy) rod CCR Line, aluminum slag treatment stand, and other Auxiliary equipment. These core components reflect Honor Metal’s full-scope solution for high-efficiency aluminum Rod Production.
Early-stage planning ensures rapid deployment
Prior to equipment delivery, Honor Metal’s technical team held multiple video meetings with the customer to finalize all technical drawings and site layout details. As a result, the foundation work was completed in advance, ensuring that installation can begin immediately after the arrival of equipment.
In early April, the furnaces reached the destination port. Following the delivery, Honor Metal’s engineers conducted on-site inspection and verification. The full installation team will arrive next month to begin the setup and commissioning of the Al (alloy) rod CCR Line.
