Recently, Honor Metal has been actively carrying out the installation and commissioning of the 7.5T Al (alloy) Rod CCR line project for its Bosnian client, TTKMetals. The project includes over 10 sets of large-scale Al (alloy) processing equipment, along with a full suite of auxiliary systems, showcasing Honor Metal’s comprehensive capabilities in manufacturing and project execution in the Metal Processing industry.
10+ Industrial-Grade Equipment Meet Production Requirements
This project covers a wide range of high-specification equipment designed for efficient and stable Al (alloy) rod production, including 1 set of rectangular tilting Melting Furnace +2 sets of round tilting holding furnaces(with one-year spare parts), 4+10 Al (alloy) rod continuous casting and rolling machine (with one-year spare parts), dust removal system (with one-year spare parts), aluminum slag treatment machine, cooling tower, air compressor, centrifugal fan, nitrogen generator, Al (alloy) rod rewinding line, and desktop gear drive lathe, etc.
The entire production line is designed for high performance, energy efficiency, and long-term operational stability, providing strong support for the client’s competitiveness in Al (alloy) rod markets.

Despite challenges such as temporary tool shortages, the team responded quickly and effectively, avoiding any project delays.
Our project manager also visited the site multiple times to oversee quality and efficiency, while maintaining close communication with the client to guarantee seamless integration at each stage.

The 7.5T Al (alloy) Ccr Line is currently in the key installation and commissioning phase and is progressing smoothly, with trial production scheduled to begin soon.
