Team Expansion and New Vitality
In 2024, we welcomed a 27% increase in personnel, injecting fresh energy into the growth of the Group. We have continued to optimize compensation and benefits, with the average salary now surpassing 80% of companies in the city. Additionally, 90% of employees received salary increases. Talent is the cornerstone of business development, and Honor Group remains committed to fostering employee growth, building a solid foundation for future progress.
Significant Expansion Of Target Markets
Honor Group adheres to the principle of "Bringing In And Going Out," with over 100 combined visits to customers and receptions, further expanding our market presence. In 2024, we had 33 clients in the European market and 10 in the Saudi market, effectively covering our target markets. Notably, in the field of wire and cable raw materials, ONE WORLD's XLPE compounds business achieved a year-over-year growth of 357.67%. Thanks to excellent product performance and customer recognition, multiple cable manufacturers successfully tested our products and established partnerships. The coordinated efforts of all our business divisions continue to strengthen our global market position.

In 2024, Honor Group completed the expansion of the MingQi Intelligent Equipment Factory, enhancing the manufacturing capacity of high-end cable equipment, increasing production scale, and offering more diverse product options for customers. This year, we launched several newly designed cable machines, which have been widely welcomed in the market. In addition, the design of our new Extrusion Machine has been successfully completed.
