1. Customer On-Site Inspection Successfully Completed
Last week, Honor Metal welcomed a customer from Europe for the on-site inspection and acceptance of the copper melting furnace and holding furnace high-efficiency melting and holding system. As a key milestone prior to delivery, the customer visited our workshop to carry out a detailed inspection of the furnace system. The overall performance was highly recognized by the customer.

2. System Configuration Overview
The furnace system consists of 15-16t/h shaft melting furnace and 8t holding furnace specifically designed for copper rod manufacturers, copper smelting plants, and copper processing plants. 3. Key Inspection Focus and Customer Feedback
During the inspection, the customer focused on checking the furnace dimensions, drive motors, and overall appearance quality of the Copper Melting Furnace and copper holding furnaces. The customer highly praised the manufacturing quality, workmanship details, and overall visual appearance, confirming that the furnace system performed very well. 4. High-Efficiency Melting, Energy-Saving Design, and Continuous Production Capability
The 15–16 t/h shaft melting furnace is designed for efficient melting of cathode copper plates, offering high performance and low operating costs.

Key advantages include high thermal efficiency of up to 60%, with natural gas consumption of approximately 32 m³ per ton. The furnace supports NG (natural gas) or LPG as fuel, providing flexible energy options.

In addition, refractory consumption is minimal—under normal operation, only partial replacement or lining repair is required every 3–5 years, ensuring long service life and reduced maintenance costs.

The copper Holding Furnace offers efficient molten copper management with a capacity of approximately 8 tons. It features low natural gas consumption (~3 m³ per ton under normal production) and uses a hydraulic tilting design for easy operation and handling.

5. Automation, Control System, and Operational Reliability
The complete furnace system is equipped with a SIEMENS S7-1200 PLC, 10.4-inch Siemens HMI, and Schneider low-voltage electrical components, ensuring precise control, stable operation, and high industrial reliability.

4-point tempering with audible and visual alarms, feed material TV monitoring system, and constant-pressure air supply control system, making the 15-16t/h shaft melting furnace and 8t holding furnace system suitable for long-term industrial copper melting, holding, and metal processing applications.

6. Acceptance Conclusion and Project Outlook
After the inspection, the customer expressed high satisfaction with the overall quality, performance, and manufacturing standards of the copper melting furnace and copper holding furnaces, and confirmed that the equipment is ready for shipment.
