Introduction

Purpose
The HO-2000 in-furnace rotary flux Injector is primarily used for degassing and refining molten aluminium in melting and holding furnaces. Compared with  artificial pipe refining method, it can reduce labor intensity and ensure the refining effect. Through automated operation, the equipment effectively removes hydrogen and inclusions from the molten aluminum, improving the physical properties and machinability of castings. It is an essential refining device for achieving high-quality molten aluminium refining.

Refining Principle
Hydrogen has high solubility in molten aluminum. If not removed in time, it will significantly affect the performance of the castings. The equipment uses a high-strength rotating rotor to evenly disperse inert gas into fine bubbles, which are evenly dispersed and buoyed in the molten aluminum. Since the hydrogen partial pressure in the aluminum liquid is higher than in the bubbles, and the hydrogen will diffuse into the inert gas and float up to the liquid surface with the bubbles, thereby effectively reducing the hydrogen amount in aluminum liquid. At the same time, the floating air bubbles will bring the fine inclusions in the molten aluminum to the surface of the molten aluminum, which will be captured and removed by the covering agent.
