

Single shaft shredder is a versatile crushing machine, widely used to shred various waste materials such as cable, plastic block, pipe, film, wood, paper and more. The suitable screen can be chosen based on the material being shredded and the subsequent processing requirements. The crushed materials can be directly reused or further processed into finer particles. Single shaft shredder features a hydraulic feeding system that pushes materials onto the knife shaft for tearing, squeezing, and cutting. The feeding device automatically extends and retracts based on the load conditions of the shredder. Materials can be fed in batches using a grabber or conveyor, eliminating the need for manual monitoring. The system supports automatic feeding, with overload protection that allows for automatic reversing or shutdown, reducing labor requirements.
Main shaft
Rotor blades made from high alloy wear-resistant steel, reusable by changing their angles.
Adjustable fixed blades with extensive application by adjusting the gap between the blades.
Welded wear-resistant materials can be added to the surface, making it suitable for handling harder and more abrasive materials, effectively ensuring the long-term stable use of the blades.
Feeding device
The lower plate of the feeding device is reinforced to withstand cyclic impacts without deformation during material feeding.
A dust collection device is installed at the bottom to ensure the long-term stable operation of the internal components of the equipment.
Screen
Various screens can be chosen for different shredding requirements and materials.
To keep operator safe, machine will be automatically shut down when the screen is opened.
Power device
The intelligent hydraulic control system allows the oil cylinder to operate at maximum speed when shredding easily breakable materials. When shredding more difficult materials, the feeding speed automatically slows down to prevent rotor overload.
Every hydraulic station is equipped with cooling system to ensure equipment operates stably for extended periods.
High-power motor equipped with wave coupling for smooth startup. The overload protection components and gearbox have a safety factor of 2.0 or higher.
