Introduction

The reducer and the main shaft are connected according to the German DIN5480 standard, which possesses the characteristics of easy dismantlement, large transmission torque, stability, safety and reliability.

The electrical components are controlled by Siemens PLC, , equipped with automatic overload detection and protection features. The main electrical appliances are from Schneider, Siemens, ABB and other top international brands, ensuring the stable operation of the shredder system.

Main Components

Main shaft

The main shaft is made of forged CrMo ally after temparing, maximize their working strength. Bearings, oil seals, and other components are sourced from reputable brands. The connection between the shaft and the gearbox utilizes the DIN5480 standard spline connection, ensuring smooth and reliable transmission.

Blade

The blade adopts forged CrMoV high-alloy tool steel and undergo multiple processing steps, including quenching, tempering, machining, and demagnetization. This results in durable blades that can be individually designed in structure or adjusted in material based on customer requirements for specific materials, effectively reducing operational costs.

Mainframe box

The mainframe box is welded with thickened steel plate. After welding, the assembly undergoes stress relief treatment and is then processed as a whole, ensuring solid durability.

Gear box

The gearbox has a safety factor of 2.0 or higher, ensuring stable operation under various working conditions.
