The main shaft is made of forged CrMo alloy after tempering, maximizing working strength. Bearings, oil seals, and other components are sourced from reputable brands. The connection between the shaft and the gearbox utilizes the DIN5480 standard spline connection, ensuring smooth and reliable transmission.
The blade adopts forged CrMoV high-alloy tool steel and undergoes multiple processing steps, including quenching, tempering, machining, and demagnetization. This results in durable blades that can be individually designed in structure or adjusted in material based on customer requirements for specific materials, effectively reducing operational costs.
The mainframe box is welded with thickened steel plate. After welding, the assembly undergoes stress relief treatment and is then processed as a whole, ensuring solid durability.
The gearbox has a safety factor of 2.0 or higher, ensuring stable operation under various working conditions.
