

The continuous casting and rolling production line provided by HONOR METAL can use scrap copper or electrolytic copper plates as raw material, which are melted into liquid copper in a melting furnace. The liquid copper is then transferred through the launder and cast into copper slabs in a continuous casting machine. The copper slabs are subsequently rolled and sheared, straightened and scraped, and roughened in a hot continuous rolling mill to produce bright, low-oxygen copper rods.
