CTC Continuous Transposed Conductor Production Line
Introduction
The CTC Continuous Transposed Conductor Production Line is specially designed for manufacturing continuously transposed conductors used in power transformer windings, reactor coils, and other high-voltage electrical applications.
This machine processes multiple rectangular enamelled copper or aluminum wires simultaneously. Through the precise mechanical action of the transposition device, each flat wire is continuously bent on the small side and repeatedly transposed according to the preset pitch. After transposition, all conductors are accurately combined into a compact conductor body, then spirally wrapped with insulating paper to meet electrical insulation requirements, and finally taken up onto reels.
