Introduction

The Continuous Extrusion Line is designed for the production of copper and copper alloy round bars (such as Cu-Sn alloy). The system adopts continuous extrusion forming technology, in which the feedstock is plastically deformed under high temperature and pressure generated by the extrusion wheel and die.
Centered around the continuous extrusion machine, the line is equipped with feeding, straightening, cooling, blow drying, length counting, and take-up systems, forming a complete automated production line.

Production Process

Coil rod Pay off → Straighten → Continuous Extrusion → Cooling& Anti-Oxidation → Compress air dry → Hot blower dry → Metering → Traverse Take Up
